Flower Hill Pullover Pattern

Front/Back Panel (Make 2)

Loosely ch 73 (81, 89, 97, 105, 113).

Row 1 (RS): Working in back loops, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, turn—72 (80, 88, 96, 104, 112) sc.

Row 2: Ch 1, working in back loops, sc in each st across, turn.

Rows 3–6: Repeat Row 2.

Row 7: Ch 1, sc in each st across, turn.

Rows 8–10: Repeat Row 7.

Rows 11–12: Ch 4 (counts as first tr), tr in each st across, turn.

Rows 13–14: Repeat Row 7.

Rows 15–16: Repeat Rows 11–12.

Rows 17–24: Repeat Row 7.

Rows 25–26: Repeat Rows 11–12.

Rows 27–34: Repeat Row 7.

Repeat Rows 11–34 until piece measures 22 (22½, 23, 23½, 24, 24½)” ending with a WS row.

Next 7 rows: Repeat Row 2.

Leaving a long tail for sewing, fasten off.


Sleeves (Make 2)

Ch 37 (39, 41, 43, 45, 47).

Work same as Front, increasing 1 st at each end every 1 (1, ¾, ¾, ¾, ¾)” — 18 (19, 20, 21, 22, 23) times—72 (76, 80, 84, 88, 92) sts.

Work even in pattern until sleeve measures 20” (51 cm).

Leaving a long tail for sewing, fasten off.


Finishing

Beginning at outer edges, sew Panels together 4 (5, 6, 7, 8, 9)” [10 (12.5, 15, 18, 20.5, 23) cm] across top edge. Sew Sleeves to Front and Back, then sew side and Sleeve seams. Weave in ends.


Fringe

For each fringe, cut 6 strands, each 18” (45.5 cm) long. Fold strands in half to form a loop. Insert crochet hook from right side in first st of Row 1 of Front Panel. Place fold on hook and draw fold through, forming a loop. Thread ends of strands through loop and pull to tighten. Repeat to attach fringe every 1” (2.5 cm) around bottom edge or as desired. Trim ends evenly.
