Instructions
Note:
- Poncho is worked from side to side.
- Ch 2 at beginning of rows does not count as a stitch.
Front & Back (Make alike)
Ch 93.
Row 1 (RS): 1 hdc in 3rd ch from hook, 1 hdc in each of next 6 ch, 1 sc in each ch to last 7 ch, 1 hdc in each of last 7 ch. Turn. (91 sts)
Row 2: Ch 2, 1 hdchb in each of first 7 hdc, 1 sc in each sc to last 7 sts, 1 hdchb in each of last 7 hdc. Turn.
Rep Row 2 until work measures approx 48″ (122 cm). Fasten off.

Shaping & Assembly
Lay Front or Back flat with RS facing and side edges at top and bottom.
Place markers 19″ (48 cm) in from first and last rows along the top edge to form neck opening.
Place markers 9″ (23 cm) in from first and last rows along the bottom edge for sleeve seams.

Finishing
Pin pieces to measurements and block lightly with a damp cloth.
With WS of Front and Back facing each other, sew shoulder seams up to neck markers.
Sew bottom edges up to 9″ (23 cm) markers to form sleeve seams.
