Instructions

The instructions are written for XS/S. If changes are necessary for larger size(s) the instructions will be written XS/S (M-LXL-2/3XL-4/5XL). Numbers for each size are shown in the same color throughout the pattern. When only one number is given in black, it applies to all sizes.

Notes:

  • Body is worked in one piece to armholes, then divided into back and fronts.
  • Ch 2 at beg of row does not count as st.
  • To change color, work to last 3 loops on hook and draw new color through last 3 loops, then proceed in new color.

Stripe Pattern

With A, work 2 rows. With B, work 2 rows. With A, work 2 rows.

With C, work 2 rows. With A, work 2 rows. With D, work 2 rows.

These 12 rows form the stripe pattern.


Body

With A, ch 153 (165-181-193-209-221) (multiple of 4 ch + 5).

Foundation row (WS): 1 dc in 4th ch from hook. 1 dc in each ch to end of chain. 151 (163-179-191-207-219) dc.

Shape V-neck:

Finishing

Sew shoulder seams. Sew sleeve seams. Sew in Sleeves using flat seam.


Front and Neck Band

With A, ch 12.

Row 1 (RS): 1 hdc in 3rd ch from hook. 1 hdc in each ch to end of chain. Turn. 10 hdc

Row 2: Ch 2. 1 hdchb in each st to end of row. Turn.

Rep last row until work from beg measures length to fit up right front edge, around V-neck shaping, back neck edge and down left front edge, sewing in place as work progresses.
Fasten off at end of last row.
